Information you provide
When you email Egan Ventures or submit a consultation request, you may provide your name, business name, email address, website address, phone number, scheduling preferences, referral source, and project details. This information is stored securely and used to understand, respond to, and follow up on your request.
Website information
First-party website analytics record page visits, consultation-button clicks, completed requests, referral sources, and campaign parameters. These records are used to understand which outreach is useful and improve the site. They are not used for cross-site advertising. Egan Ventures does not sell personal information.
Retention and access
Inquiry information is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for the business relationship, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. You may ask Egan Ventures to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records that must be retained.
Third-party services
Links may lead to third-party websites and services with their own privacy practices. Client technology accounts remain subject to the policies of the providers the client chooses.
Email delivery
Egan Ventures uses Resend to deliver consultation notifications and confirmation emails. Information included in a consultation request, such as your name, email address, business name, and project details, is shared with Resend only as needed to deliver those messages and is handled under Resend's privacy practices.
Payments
Egan Ventures uses Stripe to process online payments and hosted invoices. Payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by eganventures.com. Stripe may collect contact, billing, device, and payment information under its own privacy policy to process the transaction, prevent fraud, issue receipts, and meet legal requirements.
